How It Works

Our 1:1 coaching is a bespoke consultation delivered over Zoom. It comprises of 5 hours coaching, ideally split over two sessions, with a brew! We will have an initial discussion to tailor the sessions to exactly what you want and need.

You will then be coached on how you actually deliver your answers via mock interviews and role-plays. We will build on the positives in your answers and improve areas that lack impact. As much time a possible will be devoted to this key aspect of your session.

A CV has one job – to secure you job interviews. If yours is not doing that, it needs attention.

A well written and relevant CV is key to gaining interviews. It needs to have sufficient impact and information to get the recruiters attention and for them to think that you are a possibility for the role in question, yet it needs to be concise enough not to bore them. Research indicates that recruiters spend less than a minute reviewing CVs before rejecting or shortlisting them.
