I have over twenty years experience in senior management, leadership and director level positions working in in the pharmaceutical, recruitment and FMCG industries with large companies such as Kelloggs, Kraft Foods, Boots Pharmaceuticals and BASF Pharma. I am a fully qualified MCIPD professional with over 10 years’ experience in Human Resources. Throughout my career I have worked in innovative businesses and big blue chip FMCG companies.

I’ve worked alongside and been a business partner to a number of leadership teams in a range of functions including Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Logistics, Global Corporate functions, Marketing and Sales.

I am currently studying Artificial Intelligence at Kings College, London after graduating from Southampton with First-Class Honours. My final year economic research focus was ‘On the Threat of Automation: Existing Approaches and Proposed Improvements.’
