CV Success


Years of experience in recruitment and selection has allowed me to refine the process to ensure you have a CV that ensures you the best chance of securing interviews for your dream job. Remember, a CV has one job – to get you interviews. If yours is not doing this it needs attention quickly.

The process consists of a comprehensive phone, Skype or FaceTime discussion (around 90 minutes) to help understand your current circumstances, the type of roles that your are applying for and your key skills & competencies. Based around the phone discussion, a full re-write of your CV tailored specifically to the jobs you are applying for. A final phone discussion allows me to amend and finesse the content to ensure you are confident and 100% happy with your new CV.

Online Programme


A comprehensive, highly interactive and flexible online learning programme designed to develop your understanding of the compeatency-based interview process to enhance your performance and enable you to perform at your very best. The programme can be completed in your own time and at your own pace. Suitable for graduates through to director level and for any industry or sector.

Personal Consultation


An individually tailored personal consultation session delivered over SKYPE by one of our assessment and selection professionals. Comprising of 4 hours coaching split over two or three sessions. The consultation includes access to the Online Programme.

Once you book you will be contacted to arrange a convenient time & date for your session/s.

Situational Judgement Test


The test will give you experience of taking a SJT under “exam” conditions as well as providing a report that contains discussion points that you may consider to help with your development. The test measures judgement and decision making skills in typical managerial scenarios, against four key competencies, each comprising two sub-categories:
